I’m Dani Lea, and I have an autoimmune condition. That’s why I’m so passionate about sharing ideas for foods that help support your health.
When I was first diagnosed, I spent countless hours on TikTok learning about what I couldn’t eat. It felt overwhelming—so many restrictions that made it seem like I would never enjoy food again. But I also spent hours searching for recipes with foods I could eat.
It was really HARD to find good recipes!!! Sometimes a recipe had ingredients I couldn’t find, or things I didn’t like, or it just wasn’t the kind of food I usually eat. I often felt frustrated, wishing there was an easier way to enjoy meals.
That’s why I decided to create this blog: to share ideas, recipes, and inspiration for meals that help your body, feel good, and make healthy eating enjoyable. My goal is to show you that even with dietary restrictions, you can enjoy food and nourish your body at the same time.
