This blog was born during a moment in my life when I was forced to rethink the way I eat. Not because I wanted to follow trends or rules, but because my body asked for something better, cleaner, and more intentional.
I’ve always loved watching food videos. You know the kind — recipes you save thinking “maybe one day I’ll try this”, but never really do. For a long time, healthy eating felt complicated, restrictive, and honestly… overwhelming. Many recipes felt unrealistic, hard to find ingredients, or simply not aligned with the way I actually eat.
So instead of waiting for the “perfect moment,” I decided to start this blog.
